I call it murder class. In the best way possible. I’ve trained in many areas for decades. But this is the jam. You see results. Strength and form are the priority. All of the teachers are VERY attune and adjust and TEACH form. So important. The positivity and inclusiveness make this a welcoming environment always. Love the vibe. Thankful to find this gem.

I was hooked from the very first class and have now been going to InstaPhysique for a year! The classes are super fun, and I actually look forward to coming back - which never happened with other workouts. It feels really personal, with the coaches and front desk staff knowing your name. Most importantly, it works! I can’t believe how quickly I’m building muscle in such fun, fast-paced classes.

I have been to all 3 studios. All have been a great experience. Fun supportive teachers, clean spot and routines that deliver a challenge and great burn! Has been great cross training for my usual weight lifting lifestyle! It is worth giving it a shot. I’ve been in the holistic health & fitness life for myself and serving others for over 20 years. I recommend this!

I’ve really enjoyed my time at InstaPhysique. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. I look forward to every class. All the coaches here are awesome. I especially adore Coach Debbie’s classes! She pays attention to detail and is really supportive . I feel so much stronger, and it actually translates into my day-to-day life. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a supportive place to grow and get stronger.
