Brian is an amazing trainer! He made me feel super welcome at my first class. The class itself was challenging but in a good way, can’t wait to go back!
Erin has done it again!! She introduced a new move in today’s Pro class. A bear with one back leg extended. Yes, it was hard but thank you for always finding ways to challenge us, make us stronger, encouraging us and still making it fun. Great workout!!
