I’m a wellness member so I haven’t tried the workouts. The lymphatic roller and sauna, however, have been life changing. I started coming before my wedding to “debloat”. it worked! But that is not the only benefit or even most impactful. The rollers are now a part of my wellness routine in creating a healthy, less-stress, baseline of safety. It’s helped my tight fascia and poor circulation immensely. It’s the best membership value I’ve found in the area. And the team is SUPER sweet and always happy to help.

I call it murder class. In the best way possible. I’ve trained in many areas for decades. But this is the jam. You see results. Strength and form are the priority. All of the teachers are VERY attune and adjust and TEACH form. So important. The positivity and inclusiveness make this a welcoming environment always. Love the vibe. Thankful to find this gem.

I was hooked from the very first class and have now been going to InstaPhysique for a year! The classes are super fun, and I actually look forward to coming back - which never happened with other workouts. It feels really personal, with the coaches and front desk staff knowing your name. Most importantly, it works! I can’t believe how quickly I’m building muscle in such fun, fast-paced classes.
