I have been to all 3 studios. All have been a great experience. Fun supportive teachers, clean spot and routines that deliver a challenge and great burn! Has been great cross training for my usual weight lifting lifestyle! It is worth giving it a shot. I’ve been in the holistic health & fitness life for myself and serving others for over 20 years. I recommend this!
I’ve really enjoyed my time at InstaPhysique. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. I look forward to every class. All the coaches here are awesome. I especially adore Coach Debbie’s classes! She pays attention to detail and is really supportive . I feel so much stronger, and it actually translates into my day-to-day life. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a supportive place to grow and get stronger.
Highly effective, low impact FUN work out that truly sculpts every muscle of the body. All teachers are awesome and no class is the same - keeping the body guessing is the name of the game. Love Insta!
I’ve loved my experience at Instaphysique so far. From the first day, the staff has been very welcoming and accommodating for someone with absolutely zero experience with both Pilates and Lagree. The classes have been challenging but I love the energy and friendliness of the staff as they have been encouraging along the way.
Been going to InstaPhysique for years--great facilities with classes early mornings which works best for my schedule. Every class is different and every class is challenging in the right way. Instructors are helpful and coach you along throughout your journey and you'll be sore in places you didn't know could be sore.
