I was only a member for 6 months, but my life changed after my first lagree class. I was hooked. Every single coach is absolutely wonderful and provides helpful feedback to make sure you aren’t straining muscles. They all make you feel your strongest — physically and mentally. I moved to Reno only a week ago and I deeply miss InstaPhysique 🩵 don’t skip out on those stretch classes!
Tira was energetic, engaging and fun…. This class felt like climbing a mountain before work lol… better then coffee and a great start to my day 💯💪🏽oh and the baby blue LED lights are a whole vibe in the AM!

Reformer Pilates can be challenging, but Christina makes it awesome and engaging. Every time I take her class, I feel stronger and her playlist is great. Thank you again.
Brian was a slay. He was super helpful and very motivating. Very much a vibe which made the experience even better. 10/10 highly recommend.
