Class is incredibly hard, and you don’t know how you’re going to make it through but you’ll get the hang of it. It constantly moves quick so by the time you grab your water class is done which is nice. Incredible burn, completely worth the pain, love it already!
The instructors are so welcoming and create such a positive environment. If it's your first class, I highly recommend taking a class with Sarah -- she's incredibly clear, supportive, and has the sweetest, most welcoming approach to teaching. She turns an intimidating workout into something approachable, and you'll leave feeling inspired to keep improving in your next class.
Lagree is humbling. Tried it with a guest pass, and 100+ classes later; I am still learning! What kept me coming back is the phenomenal staff: Coaches Rosslyn, Sarah P., Kristin, Kayla, & Ashley are just the best! Lexi and Alyssa are beyond kind and supportive with all the admin side of things. You will not find a more positive and encouraging workout environment! It’s so refreshing to be a part of such a healthy fitness community. Excited as they expand more class varieties and locations!
