We had shades by our Anderson sliding glass door and accordion shades by our bay windows for 20 years made by Instant Verticals. We decided to finally get new ones from them. They did a superb job in providing them and installing them. What a true professional company they are. At 78 years of age I hope to order new ones in another 20 years from Instant Verticals.
Instant Verticals provides the level of customer service that each client expects, and deserves. The quality of their blinds exceeded my expectation. Everyone from the receptionist to the installer, in my book is rated A+++
I recently visited Instant Verticals in Farmingdale to have my 78" shade repaired. I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service and friendly people I met. They gave me a very reasonable estimate and a reasonable date for pickup. I received a call before the date and I picked up the shade. I had to call them again when I experienced some trouble re-hanging the shade. They returned my call and helped me complete the hanging. Absolutely excellent service and always friendly and helpful. I was totally impressed with them.
Professional, prompt, and friendly service from choosing the window treatment through installation. Would highly recommend!
