The doctor was fantastic and very knowledgeable and responsive!!
Absolutely pathetic! What started as a nail infection became an absolute nightmare with one nurse not treating it right, the second nurse treating it and not prescribing the required antibiotics to the pharmacy after doing some extensive bacteria testing. Left without a medicine for 4 days after the treatment.
Absolutely the worst , I went there for a very small issue with infection around my nails. The first nurse made it worse and the infection spread all over. The second nurse treated it somewhat better, and is supposed to get me started on antibiotics and it has been days and they have not ordered the medicines to the pharmacy still! If something worsens they are not available on phone or messages and you are left alone and worrying by yourself. Pathetic and do not recommend for anyone .
Excellent patient and care service
Upon arrival I received a very friendly greeting. Once registered the service was prompt and professional. I immediately felt very comfortable. My health issue was addressed by very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. I can recommend this Instant Urgent Care location.
