I am writing to formally report a disturbing incident that occurred at your smog location involving an employee identified as Francis. I was not a customer at the time. At approximately 9:00 a.m., I was briefly parked in one of the smog spaces while exchanging my niece and nephew with my sister. There were no customers present at the time.
