I am writing to formally report a disturbing incident that occurred at your smog location involving an employee identified as Francis. I was not a customer at the time. At approximately 9:00 a.m., I was briefly parked in one of the smog spaces while exchanging my niece and nephew with my sister. There were no customers present at the time. That lady is absolutely horrible. I’ve been going there for years to smog and register our 4 cars and I’ll never go back. Just a nasty miserable woman running off loyal customers.
Posting this a bit later than when I stopped by, but holy solid no for me. Came here looking to try a new place for a smog check. Since I had never been here before I parked and walked inside. As I was waiting I noticed an older woman glaring at me from outside. Since her gaze was fixed I then walked outside and asked if she worked here. She gave me a lovely response, something along the lines of "oh I don't know, Im just wearing a shirt that has the logo" and something about standing by the machines.
