Technician was friendly. There was no wait. The property was clean and maintained for the area. Smog check plus registration fee was $45 plus my registration with DMV, expensive in my opinion but I was in and out on my lunch break.
We had a really Wonderful Experience meeting Justin. So Friendly. So Professional. Made us feel Absolutely Cared For. All Customer Care Representatives should treat their patrons with that level of Respect. Instant Smog has been here for years and that is why. Thank You Again Justin we will certainly be doing ALL our Smog checks here and tell ALL our Friends and Family too.
