I received an email from Roni on 6/24 saying that she forwarded my info to Shane and he would contact me in a few days. After purchasing 10 trees previously, I attempted to purchase (3) more large Norway Spruce pine trees to fill in our yard after several of our native trees died following construction of our home. After 18 months of back and forth with the manager of the business, several missed appointments to meet me to determine where the tress would be planted, and 2-3 trips out to the business my self to determine what the delay was, I was told "we are just too busy to help you".
