They messed up my tax return from 2018, long story short I’m still waiting for Tiffany to call me back and explain me what they did wrong and what I should do since I now have a bill of 6k to pay. Don’t use this place

Bryant was very kind and was always willing to answer any questions I had. The process did not take too much time. Filing over the phone was easy. All I had to do was send my documents and answer any question that was given. Overall my taxes came within 2 weeks after filing.
Chris is very wonderful person and knowledgable in his work...excellent preparer!!!! Will always do my taxes every year with him
