Very poor experience dealing with Andrew. Damaged goods return ( toolbox ) Andrew admitted the toolbox was damaged by the factory but said there’s nothing he can do to help! I didn’t appreciate Andrew speaking to me like an idiot, getting angry, and trying everything to get out of replacing a dodgy product He finally decided to replace the product when he realised I wasn’t a push over Very poor customer service Shop elsewhere people
Andrew was very helpful and they had everything needed and more.
Great service and great range. Showroom is beautiful and clean. On top of that, fantastic prices for high quality! Very happy with my purchase!
