Really cool guy! He installed a heavy duty outlet for my sauna machine. He gave me two options depending if I wanted to hide the wire or not. I chose to save the extra money and just run it along the crown molding. But most electricians wont even tell you that, they’ll just go for the most expensive option. Truly cares about his customers.

My house took on almost 4 ft of water from Hurricane Helene storm surge, I hired Mark and his guys to get the electrical back up to snuff. They were very communicative and professional. The pricing was competitive. Their work past inspection on the first try no problems. 100% I would use these guys again. Highly recommend

Hired to evaluate the electrical stability of my condo after Hurricane Helene...$300. Received ok and main panel was turned back on by the tech. He proceeded to check each outlet. As he was about to leave, I noticed my phone needed to be charged and I plugged my charger into an outlet. Not charging. I chose another outlet, not charging. I paid for power pole install with permit and inspection, and he start installation and said it passes inspection but more money needed to fix panel inside of the house, we agree to meet next day. I asked for permit number. Guy didn't show up and stop responding to the calls. Now I don't know what to do. And yes, guy show me his badge, his name was Mark Gonsalez , Instant Power Electric, so I was pretty sure he is from that company.

I called them to install a chandelier, recessed lights, outlets and fix a panel. They are fantastic. Very professional and their work is neatly done. Pricing is reasonable as well! Very pleased with their work.
