Lofty and Casey at Instant Pools Whitsundays exceeded next level service in every way, from the time of purchase then looking after our pool until we were ready for installation. Well what a journey we’ve had together. Weather events and tradies held up our pool installation earlier in the year but Instant Pools Whitsunday were with us all the way. Not once did we feel left behind or forgotten. Casey and Lofty were always guiding us, fully transparent and went above and beyond to get the job done. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We've had a fantastic experience exploring pool options with Casey and Lofti. Both were incredibly patient and engaged in the whole process. It really felt like the good old fashioned customer experience you don't get very often any more.
