STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY....Bobby and Patricia are scammers...... They said I needed a way bigger job then I actually needed and charged me 15k to do it. I since have had to hire different plumbers to undo the damage done. They will not return your calls or messages once paid. Website listed address nolonger the right address as well.... Apon reading their reviews, I'd be willing to start a lawsuit if anybody is interested.
Does not follow through on contractual obligations, I do not advise doing business with these people.
My review from 2 years ago seems to have been taken down. Maybe because they responded so unprofessionally to it and only confirmed my review. Stay away from this business. They were extremely late, told us it would be covered under our home owners insurance (who dispatched them), then told our insurance a completely different thing after the worker left leaving us to pay for the entire job. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I never met such unprofessional staff. I tried to keep an open line of communication they wouldn’t answer my calls, they wouldn’t answer my home warranty company’s calls either. Tried to say they reached out to me and because I didn’t answer they couldn’t come. I have ZERO missed called from them and no voicemails.
