I had my pop-up drain assembly replaced in my bathroom sink after discussing using a higher end mechanism such as OS&B, but when I received the invoice the wording was generic with, "mechanical pop-up," so I asked for a more detailed invoice as a record of exactly what kind of pop-up drain assembly was installed in my bathroom sink. Instant Plumbing responded right away with a renewed detail descriptive invoice.
