We service cars, pick-ups, motorhomes and boats! We have an oversized bay for large vehicles, up to 12 feet wide by 14 feet high. We employ cheerful and friendly, certified service technicians. We also have video cameras with large monitors in the service bays for you to watch the work being performed on your vehicle. Our facility is exceptionally clean for your comfort.

Well, after several years of stellar service, today I was told that their policy was to only use the manufacturer recommended oil as listed in their system. I had been using a full synthetic, and asked the dealer what the recommended oil is, and they explicitly told me that the recommended oil is 5-40 non synthetic, the same as is lated in the owners manual The technician politely informed me that their system showed a full synthetic as the manufacturer recommended and would not change to a non synthetic. My family has been taking our 5 vehicles here for awhile. Last night my son took his car in. They broke his tire pressure sensor & refuse to pay for it. They also made him drive his car on a flat tire across the parking lot so he could pay to get it fixed. Yes, that's right...they broke it but won't pay to fix it! They say it's owner maintenance...try that on someone else. I was in the car business for 10 years. 6 years in the service department...those are not owner maintenance.
