We are Instant Essentials fans and have been using their products a long time now . I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the online experience that we have had with them. Hence the 10 point rating! The website has a GREAT selection of this kind of products .We have never had any kind of issues with our orders. Once we place an order, we are able to track the order by checking on its status which is great as I know where my our package is exactly.
