I visited your store today to purchase food storage containers, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the customer service. When I asked the male cashier how much an item cost, he replied, “It’s not cheap.” While his tone may have sounded normal, the way he responded came across as dismissive and rude. AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!! I am extremely disappointed by my experience at this store and feel compelled to warn other customers. The business continues to display and sell damaged products despite having defects brought to its attention. During my visit, I witnessed a customer inform staff (Chinese woman) that a piece of Pyrex glassware was broken.
