My experience has been great! They provided a wealth of materials about the treatment and made it very clear how it will work and what to expect. All of my interactions with the technicians and office staff were very helpful. On the day of treatment, Kevin was extremely helpful and communicated with me throughout the day. He was committed to a successful outcome. Overall, he exceeded my expectations.

I’m not sure I can say enough good about this company! Terry came to my house late on a Friday and was fabulous! He addressed all my concerns and was beyond helpful. Everyone we spoke to was very nice and explained things well. The initial consultation and treatment went very well, the prep was laid out and we could even ask questions in between. On the day of treatment, the tech explained the process, walked through with us to make sure everything was ready, and texted us progress notes throughout. Communication, professionalism, and results were 120%. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Great experience. I loved all the information. Had a visual inspection first that didn't find anything. Then Devin and the dog Scout came to check it out. The dog indicated there were bed bugs and now I'm going to get their heat treatment. I feel really confident that they will be gone with all of what Devin explained of how the process works. I definitely recommend this company.
