Doug was our technician, and he was wonderful. Always on time, very courteous and kind, made me feel at ease and we have had zero issues since his visit. 10-10 recommend this business. You can find services for a little cheaper , but with out a guarantee. I highly suggest spending the money and getting peace of mind and a job done right by courteous professionals
Doug was wonderful! He was efficient and completely got rid of our problem. He was able to pinpoint our neighbors as the source and sprayed our vents really well, and we haven't seen anything since. We're definitely going to keep the warranty and call IBBA if we have problems in the future.
I cannot say enough about how great IBBA has been to work with! Lydia at the office is so professional and pleasant. She worked with us to schedule our appointments as soon as possible (Next day even!). Turns out that we had a case of bedbugs. Not sure where they come from, but we had them. Tried all the home remedies and spraying that was available to us. None really helped. I had been doing research on bug removal and had seen that heat was the best option for them. I contacted them and set an appointment for them to come out and give their free estimate.
