Adam is an absolute life-saver. My wife and I were in the middle of a move a few Saturdays ago when the movers we hired stopped and told us they found evidence of bed bugs on 2 of our mattresses, and said they had to unload what had been packed on the truck and couldn't return until the house was treated by a professional exterminator. Doug was our technician, and he was wonderful. Always on time, very courteous and kind, made me feel at ease and we have had zero issues since his visit. 10-10 recommend this business. You can find services for a little cheaper , but with out a guarantee. I highly suggest spending the money and getting peace of mind and a job done right by courteous professionals

Doug was wonderful! He was efficient and completely got rid of our problem. He was able to pinpoint our neighbors as the source and sprayed our vents really well, and we haven't seen anything since. We're definitely going to keep the warranty and call IBBA if we have problems in the future.
