Incredibly rude, told me I had an “attitude” and acting like they are gonna rip me off and “riding around in a car that I owe money on” because I was uncomfortable with them writing my card information down instead waiting and running the payment with me on the phone. The old man is terribly rude and shouldn’t talk to people period. Stay far away from here.
Let me be brutally honest: Tiffany is the reason this place deserves zero business. She is rude, arrogant, and completely useless. I came in for a copy of a lien release—something that the insurance company already confirmed they sent—and instead of doing her job, Tiffany decided to act like a gatekeeper and give me nothing but attitude. Either they're purposefully selling cars to people that are completely effed, and force them to spend more money on bs repairs, or a new car from their lot, OR they make up bs repairs, call the car unfixable and still make you spend more money on a different car from their lot. Completely soulless. If I could give a negative rating I would.
Horrible experience bought a vehicle, didn't even make it to my first payment before it broke down, they told me it was non repairable. But tried to get me to offer them more money and they would put me in another vehicle! Horrible customer service the vehicles are Horrible. Or rigged. Don't buy here!
