Made the trip down to look at vehicles and talk to a salesman’s. Picked out a vehicle . Did the finance app. Got them all the paperwork they asked for They called my references. Pulled my credit. Was told it would b x number down with x number of payments. Then was told the financing wouldn’t work on that vehicle and They stopped contacting me completely. This was the second time I've purchased a car through Instant Auto over the years, and both times were easy and an all around good experience. Byron has been extremely helpful and it was great working with him this past week. Very positive and professional!
I gotta say that the finance company is terrible I'm a Roofer and work has been slow and this scs credit Corp just wants to repo all the time even when I've always paid I've never been over a month behind shit they'll be calling if I forget to pay one time let alone two weeks and now I'm back to work and they act like they can't wait another week terrible finance service
We had a very pleasant experience when visiting this dealership. The staff was pleasant and helpful throughout the process of us choosing a vehicle. Michael our salesperson answered all of our questions and made the process stress free. Management went above and beyond to make sure we walked away with a vehicle we were happy with. I would reccommend any one looking for a vehicle to go see Michael at Instant Auto.
