Poor customer service. I tried emailing them with their 2 listed emails on their website and both times I received errors stating couldn't complete action. I called three times and left messages and received no call backs. There is no reception to speak to it goes directly to leave a message greeting. Just terrible

J'essaie d'annuler depuis avant Noël, pas de retour d'appel, ni de courriels MAIS prennent l'argent sur ma carte,définitivement un cas pour la protection du consommateur et pourquoi pas essayer une plainte aux fraudes.
Ne pas faire affaires avec eux. Ils ne répondent jamais au téléphone. J'ai annulé mon abonnement et depuis septembre 2022 et ils se prennent encore de l'argent sur la carte de crédit. Injoignable et aucun service à la clientèle. Horrible!! 0 étoiles... Oublier cette entreprise là!!
I have left 7 messages in the last 2 weeks and they don't return my calls. Very poor customer service. I've had a pendant over a year', but I can't get service and my pendant isn't working right now.
