J'essaie d'annuler depuis avant Noël, pas de retour d'appel, ni de courriels MAIS prennent l'argent sur ma carte,définitivement un cas pour la protection du consommateur et pourquoi pas essayer une plainte aux fraudes.
Ne pas faire affaires avec eux. Ils ne répondent jamais au téléphone. J'ai annulé mon abonnement et depuis septembre 2022 et ils se prennent encore de l'argent sur la carte de crédit. Injoignable et aucun service à la clientèle. Horrible!! 0 étoiles... Oublier cette entreprise là!!
I have left 7 messages in the last 2 weeks and they don't return my calls. Very poor customer service. I've had a pendant over a year', but I can't get service and my pendant isn't working right now.
I tried it for a few months but unfortunately the fall detection pendant hardly worked or would false alarm. Customer service rep answered my call while she was driving! Useless
The service was great when setting it up but call now if you have an issue, Good luck. I was on the phone for over a half hour, put through to this person and that person. Only to be told call back and press option #1. Obviously not enough customer service agents. I'll change my review if I actually get help with my issue, which is basically they have left my step father with no service for his pendant.
