Austin was great.....
Had a tech come out to look at our unit today. He caused a huge spark after messing with some wires because he didnt turn the unit off first. Then proceeded to try to sell me a new unit. He admitted he messed up, but what is going to be done to fix it since I am still without air with 2 young kids.
Customer service is good and getting technician here quickly but we have been having a problem with AC unit faulting out and fault code not available to technician. Hopefully this last call will fix the issue, time will tell if it's fixed.
Very unprofessional, cancelled during my time window for my HVAC service. I believe Janel called me, told me she has old people with no air in 90 degree houses so they had to cancel my maintenance appointment that’s been scheduled since June. They first scheduled me on a day they weren’t open, and then waited until that day to reschedule me.
