Customer service is good and getting technician here quickly but we have been having a problem with AC unit faulting out and fault code not available to technician. Hopefully this last call will fix the issue, time will tell if it's fixed.
Very unprofessional, cancelled during my time window for my HVAC service. I believe Janel called me, told me she has old people with no air in 90 degree houses so they had to cancel my maintenance appointment that’s been scheduled since June. They first scheduled me on a day they weren’t open, and then waited until that day to reschedule me. The technician was on time for my appointment & got right to work! When they finished, they walked me thru everything! Very friendly & respectful!
They worked all day and got the job done. We now have air again.
