Scam company taking advantage of people. I originally tried calling the installer of our hvac unit, the number on Google listed that installer but the number routed us to instant aire. Technician was nice but took forever doing "fine tooth comb approach" on our relatively new 3 year old unit. After 2.5 hrs I said we needed to leave and he presented me with a lengthy recommendation sheet including a 29 $2900 labor only quote to replace our blower motor and control board, along with an attempt to sign us up for a membership we... read more

I bought a unit summer of 2024. I bought maintenance package, I bought surge protection. I had a leak last year and the way the drain line was fix was sliced rolled up and stuck back into the other broken end at the edge of the exterior wall. The hidden with caulking. Leaking again this year called to request help. Showed new tech how it was rigged and hidden. To get a $4,125 quote.
