Mehhh..didn't answer anything I inquired about. After sending a very detailed email, someone responds how can I help you? I have a couple vehicles that needed work and I was very specific and detailed about what needed to be done and what I was after from them, needless to say I really wasn't into explaining everything for a second time. I just need a quote on each thing individually emailed to me and I said after I would then get back to them if I wanted to go forward with the repairs by them.
My 2013 Ford Explorer was stranded on the highway between kelowna and vernon. I prayed that I find somebody to fix my car that would be honest and I can honestly say I found him. Mike met me where my truck was and got me up and on my way back in about 20 minutes. He was very nice and he was VERY fair in the price. Let me add that women are often taken advantage of by mechanics but he didn't do that. THANKS MIKE.

I can't say enough about this company. After getting the run around by several other mechanics, we called this company and they explained the bizarre situation we found ourselves in and they saved the day. A technician showed up quickly, agreed to fix the car AND finish a job another mechanic abruptly stopped, all in a matter of hours. Super honest guy, reliable and I highly recommend him and I know they made an exception for me and I'm grateful they did.
