Rooms are dirty. First room we were given was in building 16. We got in around little after midnight. Turned on the lights in the room and the roaches scattered from the kitchen floor. German roaches. All sizes. Told the desk and he apologized and got us another room in a different building. While we were waiting for the new room key, noticed a work order behind the desk where someone had fallen through the floor in another unit. I was completely surprised and impressed at how well this property is maintained. The rooms were really clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place

I don’t know where any of the positive reviews come from… totally disgusting. All pictures show sheets / towels “as cleaned” and how the rooms really look. Evidently, these folks have never heard of bleach. And then, there was a friggin Dorito by the bed and a pistachio shell right at the front door…. What cleaning? Can’t even get the low hanging fruit. To top it off, loved the weird ppl and the arguing in the middle of the night.
