If they had a negative number, I’d pick that! Supposed to come pick up a defective stove and install a new one from Best Buy. The delivery window was 1-4. I kept calling Best Buy and they just kept telling me it’s on the way. Well it’s now 10:00 PM and no show! Thanksgiving is 3 days away and I have no oven! Best Buy said they will try to make them bring it tomorrow but I’m not holding my breath! Worst delivery experience ever!

This company is absolute shit. I’ve had an appointment via Best Buy for installation of a thermostat every Tuesday for THREE WEEKS and it keeps getting pushed back with no notice or even reason. PEOPLE ARE LITERALLY AVOIDING BEST BUY because they don’t want to have to deal with Installs Inc. They are an embarrassment and shouldn’t even have a license to do business if this is what they consider professional service.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This is the WORST company to deal with. Had an install scheduled for Dec. 1 between 7-1. Received a call at 3 pm and said they had to reschedule due to a confilct. Rescheduled for Dec. 9. same window. Called them at 11 am and was told, "everything is good, your install should go smoothly". Window time was extended by 1 hour. They Called to confirm our delivery and tried to reschedule. Their dates did not work so we received a confirmation that our original delivery date was still a go,,,,I even called Best Buy to confirm. Today from 7-1. It is now 3;39 an their phone person just said. “ No they are not coming. We tried to reschedule.” I explained that when the rescheduler realized that a reschedule was not possible she said ok- and through Best Buy they confirmed the appointment. Do not use this company! 5 scheduled appointments and no one showed up and no one called! The absolute worst customer service in my entire like, and that's saying a lot. This company is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful company. They sent an extremely unprofessional team of installers (from a company called Super Plumbers) for my dishwasher. They charged me an extra $140 (on top of the original $99 I had already paid through Home Depot). They dismantled my disposal (not part of the job) and took out my old dishwasher and then told me about the new charge. They told me if I didn't want to pay it then they could just leave everything as is and I could hire my own plumber. They had made a mess and disconnected my working disposal. ... read more
