I waited a week for him to finish his current project before being available to talk through and estimate my project. He took measurements and talked through the products and plan. After a few days I still hadn't heard back about the total project estimate so I reached out. And that's when he decided that he was refusing my project because the material was harder to install than he wanted to deal with. All of this could have been figured out in a 15 minute phone call. A complete waste of my time

Great price, quick and responsive… we have used lots of flooring installers Mikhail is one of our favorites. He does 2 -3 lvp jobs for us a month and always has a high quality install.
We contacted Mikhail with an urgent job the evening of 10/25. We needed our carpet removed and replaced with vinyl planks on our stairs and second floor. We needed it done by this weekend and he was able to remove the carpet 10/26, assist us with purchasing the correct flooring and stair materials and completed the flooring by today, 10/28. He gave us a very fair price and his work was extremely high quality.
