UPDATE 2020 August 24 : Unfortunately IDES lied several times! I was wrong! As a Union Millwright local 1693 out of Chicago I recently removed and relocated some machinery at the Sunstar facility for ISI. Everything in the place is top shelf. It's truly beautifully built and everything in it is of the highest quality.

They told us they could help us with an installation, then bailed last minute. Then when we followed up, they told us they couldn't help us. All this after three weeks of discussion. Terrible.

UPDATE 2019 November 22 : Unfortunately those employed to take care of the payroll and book keeping are not nearly as perfect as I am. In fact those people in payroll are incompetent. They are so ignorant they denied my unemployment claim because they were clueless to the fact I worked forthem! For this reason I will give this useless company the very lowest rating.
