Had a great experience with Installation Group installing office furniture (cubicles, chairs, desks, etc.). Chip and his team were great and professional
Hired through Lowes. The absolute worst communication and quality of work I've ever had to deal with. Over a month of trying to get my floor fixed after thier sloppy job. A member of management has yet to talk to me. They dodge my calls and I get told something different from every customer service rep I talk to. I could write an essay in everything that's wrong with using this company, but I don't want to wast any more of my time with them Seems like the place is ran by a bunch of amateurs.
Utilizes sub-contractors for flooring install - inconsistent quality. Lots of things were shottily done or damaged in my home as a result, and getting these issues resolved as part of my “warranty” takes excessive effort on my part. Will never use them again.
