Michelle is very nice to deal with - too bad she doesn't do the installations and that the installer we were assigned lacked any trace of her personality. On each occasion that this young man came to my house he was not pleasant to be around. He was sullen and surly. Our microwave was installed without giving me the option of inside or outside venting - even though I told the installer, and showed him, where the outside venting was from previous unit. This business is poorly ran and they do not understand the basic concept of customer service. I would highly recommend to save your time and money when looking for any of the services they offer.
Do not use these guys! SCAM alert!! They advertise a 1 year warranty, but they do not fulfill their responsibilities. We called Jason (the owner) to install a double oven, induction cooktop, range good, and dishwasher on Friday, 2/19. They came and installed everything except the the range hood because the Echaide pipe was too low for what I wanted the bottom of the hood to sit on the wall.
