We absolutely loved working with Dreamscape/IBP! Everyone was wonderful, and they listened to everything we said and made our vision/dream a reality. We would definitely recommend them to anyone redoing a pool/backyard! We especially want to mention Murillo Spina, who was out electrician. He was very detailed and meticulous and took the time to make sure everything was done well and to our liking. He was wonderful!
EDIT: the company came through and removed the sealer, did a thorough wash and the deck is back to its original state. Not slippery anymore. I’m 100% satisfied with the turnaround. This company installed the deck around my pool. I won’t lie, the initial installation was great, no complaints. The problem came about 2-3 months later when some of the pieces started showing rust spots; I called it in and they sent a crew to replace them - again, all good until then. Entire process was very smooth. The sales rep Eduardo is very knowledgeable and recommended exactly what we need. The installers were great team Elgin & artisan. Extremely satisfied and great price!
Eduardo did a great job in communicating with me throughout the process. I have been working with this homeowner for 3 years trying to get the paver work completed and the other company we had do the work originally, would fix one issue, and then cause another one. IBP's crew met with the homeowner and took care of his issues. The crew spotted another issue that the homeowner never noticed before and they took care of that as well. IBP did a GREAT job!
