although the windows look great and the guys that put them in were really nice and respectful the roof guys werent as goodthe roof looks good to but while doing the job they have no respect for your personal property and will pretty much look at you like youre crazy when you tell them about the problem and you have to call home office to get them to pick the stuff upi have 2 cats one was 15 and one was 16 when they died and i put them in a nice little garden in my back yard with flowers a butterfly bush and a few lawn things... read more

ALL of the installed windows leaked from being incorrectly capped and sealed. It was so bad that water actually came leaking inside onto our carpet and puddled around the area. It would have been much worse had we not come home in time to dry it up and place towels along the bottom of the sill. To their credit, Install America did come back and fix the issues before it rained again (which is why they get 2 stars), but this is something that should have never happened in the 1st place.
