Very helpful and detailed. Fast and quick, got serviced immediately for our very sick son and got us in and out. He’s gotten better now. We were visiting from Bay Area California and were a Kaiser family, so this was a great experience.
I went to this clinic because I'm not able to see my PCP sooner. The provider was very attentive and she ordered some blood tests to check that it's safe for me to continue taking the medicines that I was prescribed. I didn't wait long to be seen. Nurse practitioner Irene was kind, listened to me, and explained everything clearly. I'd definitely come back.
Found this office through my insurance’s list of providers and ended up booking a virtual visit with them. I was able to get everything taken care of quickly and easily without the need to make a trip to the office.
This urgent care has the best rate/self pay compared to other urgent care in the area. Overall, great experience!
Went in for a puncture wound that was not even cleaned or checked for how deep it was. Got a second opinion on it and I'm so glad I did or I probably would still be taking the wrong medication with a swollen leg. It's a shame how you seek help from medical professionals and you get negligence just so they can get off on time.
