I really like this urgent care but the receptionist is so rude for no reason acting like every question I ask is an inconvenience to her with no hello, welcome or bye.
The receptionist at the front is very rude! They need someone that looks like they wanna work there not miserable and bothered ! I worked in the medical field and if your a patient not feeling good you shouldn’t have to come into a place where the person that should be greeting you kindly is just rude ,
Easy to make an appointment and upon arrival was greeted and waited approximately only 10 minutes to be seen by nurse. After vitals were taken a PA arrived and treated my issue. Very qualified staff. Highly recommend.
Very helpful and detailed. Fast and quick, got serviced immediately for our very sick son and got us in and out. He’s gotten better now. We were visiting from Bay Area California and were a Kaiser family, so this was a great experience.
I went to this clinic because I'm not able to see my PCP sooner. The provider was very attentive and she ordered some blood tests to check that it's safe for me to continue taking the medicines that I was prescribed. I didn't wait long to be seen. Nurse practitioner Irene was kind, listened to me, and explained everything clearly. I'd definitely come back.
