Yay! I found the spot to get my lashes and brows tinted! I've had issues with other establishments going too dark for my blonde hair, and I told this to Maddie - she made sure I felt good about my brows before I left and even halfway through the process. At other places I've been I've had to sit with my head tilted back in an uncomfortable chair, but here you lay on something like a massage table. Private room, great results, comfortable, and welcoming. I will be back. Thank you!!
I received a diamond glow facial and was pleased so I decided to have lash extensions the following week, for the first time. The differences between the different types of extensions were not explained very well. I was extremely unhappy with the results. After 4 days they looked worse than what I started off with. I called to see if they would fix the lashes. I was told that at my next appointment that we could try something else. I think they should’ve offered to fix them immediately. The people at Instaglow have been nothing short of professional and courteous every time I have visited. The estheticians and other professionals in the spa are exceptional at what they do, and are intentional in meeting you where you are in your skin care journey. I'll specifically shout out Kirsten, as she was the esthetician who worked on my skin, but everyone in the spa is exceedingly warm and welcoming. If I could give six stars, I would.
