I have experienced outstanding service from Instadrain. They truly live up to their name by providing instant service. I've utilized their services twice for my Airbnb property in the Edmonton area—once for a rapid response to a sewer backup in December and again for preventative service a few weeks ago. Their communication is friendly, and they are both professional and prompt in their responses. I will wholeheartedly choose Instadrain for any plumbing needs in the future without hesitation. Great company! Came same day when I needed them, fixed the issue and explained why it happened in the first place and preventative measures for the future. I had this same issue (backed up sink in the basement - if they explained why it happened, I could’ve prevented it this time), so I really appreciate that added input and feel Osvaldo cares

Update: So, 9:45 Monday night June, 30 we had another backup. We caught it while it was still small, but I called the office in a mild panic. Sadly no one picked up, being the eve of Canada Day. But to be safe I also emailed. 30mins later Osvaldo replied, said he couldn’t make it that night but could be there first thing in the morning. I was like “Holly crap! Yes! Yes!
