Amanda is an excellent therapist! She takes her time to explain and is very thorough. She is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and how the body works. She’s very pleasant to work with and is very encouraging! The best PT I’ve ever had!!
Amanda has been amazing. I have worked with her more than a year for neck, shoulder and ankle issues. She provides a number of helpful treatments from regular PT therapies, to cupping and dry needling. I have been able to increase my mobility and reduce soreness. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Amanda focuses on my specific pains and adapts each time. She creates comfortable sessions and updates at-home exercises after each session.

I’ve visited InstaCare several times now, and each experience has been consistently excellent. The staff are kind, attentive, and seem to genuinely take the time to listen and understand your treatment goals rather than just putting you on a standard path. I’m pretty active and have scheduled sessions after backpacking and paragliding when I’ve tweaked something, and they’ve always helped me recover quickly.
