I started seeing Amanda Hoffman at InstaCare Downingtown in January 2026 after she was recommended by a female runner I was coaching. Before I even saw Amanda myself, I recommended her to my son, a 4:05 miler who had battled chronic lower-leg injuries for years. This was my first time experiencing tennis elbow and my first time working with a PT. Dr Amanda is amazing. Simply the best. She instilled in me the confidence that if I did what she said, I'd be back out on the court in a few months. She really knows what she's doing, because I'm playing more than ever and pain free!
