Dr. Amanda has been extremely courteous and kind at each of my therapy sessions. She has worked with me to find the what exercises and treatments best work with my needs. As a triathlete trying to resolve an elbow injury, I wanted to pursue a treatment plan that could get me back to my normal training plan quicker than past physical therapy strategies have. I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Amanda Hoffman at InstaCare Physical Therapy. I have had chronic pain in my hip and lower back and she has helped me ease the pain and work on strengthening the muscles associated with the area to help prevent future pain and flare-ups. I have had significant improvement with my pain and range of motion. Amanda has helped me identify triggers and given me adaptations for physical activities that tended to cause flare-ups. I have been going to InstaCare for years and can't say enough about how great they are to work with. Easy to make an appointment, clean and convenient locations and very knowledgeable staff. The best part is that the entire staff is equally as good and most recently I have worked with Dr. Bri who is exceptional at her job. I would highly recommend anyone who is dealing with chronic pain, has an acute injury or wants to proactively work on problem spots.
