Firstly, it took an incredibly long time for them to deliver the shed. Shortly after that, Hurricane Helena hit the Augusta area, causing water damage to the floor of the building. This occurred in September 2024. I reported the damage and sent in pictures as requested by the company. I was assured that it would be covered by Instashed after speaking with a representative, but after that, no one answered my phone calls. Never do business with these people unless you can buy the shed outright. If you ever have any financial hardship they won't work with you except to say you can always defer paying your late fee they will not remove it. This business is a sham..

Best place in town to purchase a building by far!! I ordered a 16/48 from Insta Shed Of Jesup back in October and they have provided me with wonderful quality, excellent customer service, and the fastest build and delivery time. Most places were anywhere from 12-16 weeks for build time. I received mine in just 6 weeks. Thank you InstaShed Of Jesup 😁
