I took my Class C motorhome in for a windshield replacement. This business is wonderful! My motohome was completely cleaned, there was a brand new set of windshield wipers on the seat, and when I went in to pay, the receptionist gave me a bag of chocolates!! I already thought they'd gone above and beyond, and now I just received a card in the mail thanking me for my business, with a coupon inside for Kent's ice-cream cones!! I would recommend this business to anyone needing glass work!! They are amazing!
Excellent experience and customer service, it’s been a long time since I have received service like this. Free wiper blades, chocolates, and interior cleaning included with my ICBC Windshield replacement!
If you need your windshield repaired I would highly recommend going to Instaglass. This is not my first time using them, however every time I do I am blown away by the customer service. First off, the girl working the front desk (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name! ) was great. Communication was on point & she was so friendly. I had an appointment for 8am, which was a smooth hand over, they provided me with a courtesy car while I waited and my car was finished by 10am. Excellent service – highly recommended! I had an amazing experience getting my windshield replaced. The service was fast and efficient. They even provided me with a courtesy car so I could continue with my day without any disruption. But the best part? When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised – it was sparkling clean and the new windshield was installed perfectly. Professional, thoughtful, and reliable. I highly recommend them!
