AVOID!AVOID!AVOID!AVOID! This whole company is full of thieves! They will use your merchandise while it is in pawn and return it broken with items missing. My MacBook Air was pawned in August and I redeemed it in October with no battery charge(I pawned it with 100%), I found browsing history between the dates that it was pawned and the date it was redeemed, AND my \$89 Apple Charger was missing!
