I want to share an honest review of my experience with this car wash. On Tuesday of last week, I booked online an End of Winter Shampoo service priced at around $175 for my vehicle. My appointment was scheduled for Wednesday at 9:00 AM. When I arrived, I was simply told where to park my car. No one explained the process, the estimated time, or how I would be notified when the vehicle was ready.
