Inspyr is such a welcoming and supportive place to work out. I love the variety of classes - strength, HIIT, yoga sculpt, pilates. Every instructor is encouraging and never intimidating. It truly feels like a community, and I highly recommend it no matter your fitness level. The studio and equipment is well cared for and clean, too. I always leave class feeling accomplished and with a smile.
It's always a recipe for butt kicking, but that's exactly what I sign up for week after week. Props to Collin for his coaching and excellent playlists. If you're on the fence about going to Insypr, give it a go. You'll be sore, but you won't regret it.
