I started Inspyr a few months ago. I was moving at first and was on and off. As I’ve settled in I really have enjoyed getting to know the different individuals who come. The coaches are upbeat funny and truly find ways to connect with you making it a place you actually want to be. Love Inspyr! I’ve only been to a few classes now and each time it’s always amazing. The staff is very welcoming and the instructors are great. Kristen is AMAZING! Just recently did a Pilates workshop with her and learned so much and was very helpful for my recovery! Cant wait to get back to her regular Pilate classes!
I love taking the yoga classes here, especially hot yoga. Alicia and McKenna are great!

The instructors are amazing!! When you walk in, everyone is so friendly. Everyone does a great job of creating a friendly, confident atmosphere that encourages you to thrive and become your best self! 10/10 recommend!
