Great team ! Would recommend
My best decision was to join the diabetes group for eight weeks of training at Cresmead Logan Sports Centre with an exercise physiologist, Jessica. Jessica was kind, caring, and excellent in training us with the physical and education of overall well-being with diabetes. My well-being improved significantly after 8 weeks of Jessica's well-planned program. It motivated me to carry on an exercise and look after myself. Won Kim.
