I called Inspiro because of dental problems. I told them that four teeth were giving me trouble. They said that they would only look at one. So I pointed out the worst of them. The useless, lazy Indian woman dentist said that all she would do was an extraction. After some discussion, she got told in no uncertain terms. Absolutely pathetic.
My experience at Inspiro Lilydale was really nice. I felt welcome and received the help I needed. The receptionist and the dental staff were all friendly and helpful. The dentist was very professional and a lovely person and the appointment was very successful. I have more dental work to be done there and I have confidence as I go forward with the dentists care plan. Thank you for looking after me so well.
I’ve used the physiotherapist services and the dental and I couldn’t speak more highly of the therapists and dentist I’ve seen. Specially Dr. Adina, she is the absolute best!! They were all caring and understanding. They got to know me which helped with my treatments and appointments. Best of all, great service that’s affordable for those on the lower income scale.
Constant cancellations, double bookings. What a shambles.
My first Councillor was wonderful, however after one year they forced me out of the program and sent me to another two different people. The first one was nice but completely unhelpful, it’s like she didn’t even have training, she simply asked me “how has your week been” as if we were making small talk. It was awkward and she didn’t prompt me or ask me anything besides something your ask your family after work. The other guy was also awkward and unhelpful.
