I'm changing my rating to 5 stars upon reflection of my previous review. I think highly of this service. The only thing I noticed now was something tricky with phoning back as it took a while to get through for something very easy to handle, that was in 2023. Besides that, it's a very good dentist.
Unfortunately really disappointed. As an Aboriginal Australian I struggle with my teeth due to genetics and can’t keep affording mainstream dentistry so i came here. Right off the bat i was turned off because I went in on a Thursday night for a filling, was told sure come down we can do it, then the dentist says sorry we don’t do fillings on Thursday nights but we can do a clean for you. Had a 4 month dental plan for dentures just completed and Im very happy with the work and the treatments. Very friendly helpful front desk staff and very pleased with dentist. She was the best dentist i have ever had. Tooth extractions were painless and fillings look and feel great. Never thought id be praising dental work in my life but the staff and Dentists are well worth getting work done here as they take great care of patients with all information provided on work required and preform it very comfortably.
I have found the Inspiro office staff to be very friendly and helpful. I saw Ramneet for physiotherapy and Jasmin for pelvic physiotherapy. Both of these lovely ladies were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I also attended the dental clinic and found the dental staff to be kind and gentle. I had counselling with Natasha and she was wonderful. Thank you Inspiro staff!
My mum went there today, she has servere teeth and gums issues, the lady I believe by accident cut her gum and she needed stitches. The lady didn't admit her mistake and didn't offer my mum really anything, she was and still is in so much pain. She just said "get some sleep"
