I've been seeing Geoff off and on for almost three years now and more intensely for the past six months. Geoff's use of different approaches, his vast knowledge and his ability to create a safe place makes the work he does truly different and helpful. Dr Geoff Lyons is a very good counsellor and therapist, actually amazing. Someone else wrote that he's the real deal and I agree. His experience offers so much more than regular counselling, which is normally CBT (talking about the problems, which can be like going around in circles). I'm so grateful for his help. My life has simply become good in just a few weeks, and wonderful in just a few months. And for anyone out there with trauma big or small, ask about TRTP too.
