Dr Geoff Lyons is a very good counsellor and therapist, actually amazing. Someone else wrote that he's the real deal and I agree. His experience offers so much more than regular counselling, which is normally CBT (talking about the problems, which can be like going around in circles). I'm so grateful for his help. My life has simply become good in just a few weeks, and wonderful in just a few months. And for anyone out there with trauma big or small, ask about TRTP too.

I found Geoff’s website about 2 years ago - made the call for an appointment and have never looked back! After a few years of ‘traditional CBT and just talking’ with a psychologist, I was searching for something different so I could move forward.
