*************** is by far the worst dentist I have ever gone to! I was completely bruised and in pain for a week and the gum surgery did not even work! *************** admitted that the procedure failed, but would not reimburse my money- which was thousands of dollars out of pocket!!! The whole office lacks integrity! Avoid them at ALL COSTS!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
Although the dental services are great the office does not fully disclose pricing for services . I was given a service plan which I signed. It included a crown that was not needed and that charge was scratched off the plan. I never received anything else indicating that there were additional charges. When my insurance company sent an explanation of benefits I found out they were billing for something that had NOT been explained.
