This is not a reputable place of business! They have not hired staff to take care of the patients. First, you may or may not have anyone present when you show up at the designated time. Second, they may or may not bill you properly but will insist that you should have known you owed them money. Third, they will just turn you over to collections and never have billed you at all. Went here a total of seven times and have been fighting the billing since 2021. I would be very leery of going here if you are billing through your insurance. I have resolved the issue multiple times but somehow it keeps coming back and I have to prove that they have been paid. I would recommend some other place of service. I was not wanting to write a review but for the third time this has come back and I feel that people need to be warned about what I have been through.
This practice is one of the most understanding helpful practices I have ever been to . The whole entire team is more than willing to do anything they need to do to help you through whatever hard time you’re having whether you need to switch to telehealth because you’re sick and can’t come in or whether you’d rather come in and be on Telehealth . Great Service! The ladys there are really nice and friendly ive been to several counselors and i can say ive never had a great experience like i have here i would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
I have to give this company a full five stars. They communicate consistently and ensure that their clients needs are met. Earlier last year my past S/O had gone here for therapy and they communicated more than any other office I have ever experienced!
