We had a quality issue with the door handles in our kitchen, and even though we were way outside our warranty period, Dean from ThinkDzine agreed to have them all exchanged free of charge. Craig, who did the work, replaced all the handles as promised and then took it upon himself to adjust every drawer and door in our kitchen to ensure their alignment was 100% correct. The Thinkdzine team were great to work with. We are really enjoying our new kitchen and the space they created for us. The open space and light we now now have is fantastic. The bench with the wine fridge is also proving to be a bit dangerous! The whole thing from concept development through to delivery has been exceptional. There have been some challenges along the way (as you would expect) but Thinkdzine took ownership of them and delivered for us.
