I am writing to share a frustrating experience regarding internal practices at Inspire Medicine. I have been a patient here under Dr. Arnold, but unfortunately felt that the personality fit was not right for my long-term care. I saw Sophie Eckert on 6/6/25, during that visit I did hormone testing. I received my results via the Labcorp portal on 6/7/25. My results were showing I was in the early stages of pregnancy. Sophie nor anyone from this doctors office called me to discuss my results. I called them and was told Sophie was busy with a patient, so I requested a callback that I never received. The staff is wonderful the doctors are amazing. Provider Susan Moreland is absolutely the best. She’s extremely knowledgeable, professional and very patient she is not against referrals to other docs if she deems necessary. I have worked with several providers in the practice. They’re all wonderful.
Dr Sourwine has been my families doctors for more than 5 years and she is excellent! Taken care of my mother and sister helping with cancer recommendations . Always there for us especially during the ups and downs of cancer. Very knowledgeable in so many different medical issues and will refer one to just as competent doctors when needed. The other doctors, PA etc are just as good and her staff is very professional. I drive more than an hour to get to this office and have no intention of stopping.
