After trying to sell our home for 2.5 frustrating years, Lauren Dauzat took over our listing and completely changed the game. She never gave up on us, going above and beyond to ensure we got the best results. She also represented us beautifully on our new home purchase, holding the builder to every single requirement. Lauren even checked in after our move to make sure we were fully settled. She has our full recommendation to anyone buying or selling!
I can genuinely say we had the best agent. Lauren’s constant communication and knowledge just completely amazed me. I knew she was going to be our agent long before we purchased our home! She helped negotiate on a home and got all our closing costs covered! Plus she’s one of the sweetest people - she played with my son and even brought his own little gift to closing. He loved it. Thank you Lauren! I would recommend her to anyone I know!
Ultimately did what I needed. Mandy listened and delivered. It was bitter sweet. I raised my kids in that home. But new doors are at my horizon. She helped make it quick and painless. Thank you. I really would like my banner back though. Will get you that 5 star review. I would definitely recommend Mandy Poff Edit. Thanks for dropping my banner by.
