I saw Tracey Jane back when I was 12 in roughly 2014, to say the least it was traumatic. I was told the rules on Tracey’s responsibility to keep what was said in our sessions confidential unless I was at risk of harm or harming someone else. Basic knowledge, she went against this and told my mum everything I had been saying in session while I was crying for her not to. This has left a massive mark on my life to the point I still think about it today. Please keep this in mind as this can be really traumatic for a child.
NEVER RECOMMEND. Terrible communication. Front desk clerks barely answer the phone because they are off on their own mental breakdowns. There is not a single psychologist that doesn't just use you for money or give you advice that only circles you around so you have to come back and ask the same questions
Kate Brooks is phenomenal, a very attentive and skilled psychologist.
Cancellation policy has caused more stress than what the therapy has done for my family. Gave 42 hours due to sickness and policy is 48 hours. No compassion at all.
